DAD Week 2024

The week leading up to DAD is always full of exciting and interesting events.

Tuesday 9th July

The Greatest Show, 7pm-9.30pm: Arts Marquee, Walton Gardens. Creating Adventures present a variety show with a difference: Live band, Choir, Singing and more. Licensed bar. Tickets £5 available on this website

Wednesday 10th July

10.30am – 3.30pm Ignite your Life!
Arts Marquee, Walton Gardens: Mental Health and wellbeing event. Come and join Merseycare NHS Foundation Trust to celebrate health and wellbeing with inclusive workshops and talks for all to join in. Find out about becoming a volunteer and there will be opportunities to meet some of the team. Free refreshment will be available throughout the day. 7.00pm – 9.30pm Ella Summertime Special

10am - 2pm Carers Wellbeing Festival: Arts Marquee, Walton Gardens. Warrington Carers Hub presents an event to thank carers with health and wellbeing activities including massage, mindfulness, music, crafts, dance and lunch. Marquee 4, Walton Gardens: A collaboration between Warrington Disability Partnership, Warrington Youth Zone, and Warrington Carers Hub and local schools. Arts Marquee, Walton Gardens: A collaboration between Warrington Disability Partnership, Warrington Youth Zone,and Warrington Carers Hub. Friday 12th July

7.30pm - 11.30pm Bjorn to be ABBA
Arts Marquee, Walton Gardens -One of the best Abba tribute bands in Europe, this four piece group will be performing a range of Abba''s most loved hits. Dance the night away to great music! Licenced bar. Tickets at £12 each can be bought here.

Sunday 14th July

10am - 4.30pm the Big Event – 33rd Disability Awareness Day
Walton Hall Gardens: World’s largest voluntary led pan disability exhibition. Free admission
